• Comprehensive psychiatric assessments for minors

• Supportive housing referrals and placements

• Substance abuse treatment (counseling, IOP & detox referral)
• On-call crisis interventions (for emergencies call 911)

• Case coordination and assistance with entitlements

Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC)

• Rehabilitation assessments and screenings
• Community integration and supportive
• Ex-offender reentry services
• Support to rebuild rehabilitation & recovery skills such as:
  1. Self-care skills
  2. Social skills,
  3. Independent living skills,
  4. Activities that support the individual's cultural interests
• Medication administration and monitoring​
• Health promotion and training
• Promotion of individual wellness self management & recovery
• On-call crisis response
• Linkage with individuals in psychiatric institutions
